Founder, Coach Kuartez – a football coach in Small Town, USA – started by asking the right questions to the right people to help his own players get recruited. When those efforts led to multiple student-athletes earning Division 1 scholarships, word spread quickly. Parents and players from outside his program began asking for help, and Recruit University was created to meet that need.
Our strength is our ability to network and build relationships. Unlike traditional recruiting services that create a profile and hope someone sees it, Recruit University takes a hands-on, proactive approach — getting your athlete’s film and information directly into the hands of college coaches.
Another key difference? We don’t charge colleges to work with us.
Many recruiting services charge both families and schools. By NCAA rules, they can only work with colleges that pay them, which limits your son or daughter’s opportunities. At Recruit University, we work with every college program in the country — regardless of their budget — giving your athlete maximum exposure and opportunity.
At the heart of our program is mentorship. College coaches want to know more than stats and highlights — they want to know who they are recruiting. We guide athletes through the recruiting process, helping them grow as students, athletes, and leaders so they are ready for the next level on and off the field.
Through speaking engagements, webinars, and social media, Recruit University has reached student-athletes around the world. Most importantly, we’ve helped young men and women across the United States earn millions of dollars in scholarships and opportunities at every level — NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, and JUCO.
